- Avocado smoothie
Combine 1 cleaned and pitted avocado, a cup of whole milk, half a cup of vanilla yogurt, three tablespoons of maple syrup or honey, banana, and a pinch of cinnamon powder in a blender and blend until it is a smoothie consistency. Place these on parchment paper in a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 165° F for about 20 minutes until the center is cooked. - Tuna and cheese
Drain the fluid from a 50 g tuna can. Flake the tuna, and make a dough-like mixture by adding a tablespoon of mayonnaise and two finely-chopped spring onion sprigs. Add salt and pepper to this mixture. Toast two slices of thick whole grain bread on both sides, and spread the tuna mixture evenly on the bread. Grate cheddar cheese on top and grill until the cheese starts bubbling and melting. Spread a pinch of paprika and serve. - Chicken nacho grills
Crush 10g of tortilla chips. Take one large chicken breast, make three deep cuts with a sharp knife, and season it with pepper and salt. Add the preferred quantity of salsa and top it with sour cream. Then, spread the crushed chips and grate some cheese on top. Place it on a baking tray and roast until the cheese melts. - Lemon yogurt
Add 75 g of lemon curd and 125 g of Greek yogurt in a bowl and mix using a fork to get a beautiful design. Chill it for some time.
